These terms apply to the website maxsyndicate.org and to the products owned and operated by Max Syndicate LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Individual products may have additional terms, which apply together with these.

Our products

We build and operate software products, including Mobile Massage, a marketplace that connects clients with independent, identity-verified massage therapists. Unless a product says otherwise, the independent professionals offering services through our products are responsible for the services they provide.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login details safe and be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. For Mobile Massage: if a therapist declines your booking you are refunded in full; you can cancel a confirmed booking up to 12 hours before it starts for a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse our products: no unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity, no attempts to bypass security, and no harassment of other users or service providers.

Liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Max Syndicate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you through the product or by email before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
